Anne Olapeju Balogun is a Partner in the firm. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) Degree from Madonna University in 2010 and interned at Idowu Sofola & Co. in 2010 pending admission to the Nigerian Law School. She was enrolled as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2013.

She began her career as an attorney at the law offices of Paradigm Solicitors & Advocates as an Associate in 2014, whereat she garnered an extensive experience in litigation, corporate law and secretarial services. She was also involved in labour and industrial matters, banking and finance matters, including credit reporting disputes, amongst others.

She joined Animashaun, Animashaun & Associates in 2020, where she advised and represented clients in the areas of company and commercial law, corporate governance and compliance, government regulation and property law before becoming a Partner at A.C. Reeve Attorneys in 2022.

She is involved in various upmarket property transactions acquiring property for high-net-worth clients; and also offers her services to clients on complicated company, corporate, compliance and property transactions and other asset and security documentation.

She has an impeccable proficiency in land law and consults for a range of private and corporate clients on such matters. She represents clients before governmental agencies, departments, and regulatory bodies.

She heads the firm’s Company Law and Secretarial departments, and also the Corporate Governance, Compliance and Tax Advisory departments. She also serves as an integral member of the firm’s Property & Drafting and Intellectual Property departments.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Compliance Institute, Nigeria. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the NBA Section on Business Law.
