Junior Associate
Elo is a driven and articulate legal practitioner with a strong and evolving focus in litigation and
dispute resolution. A graduate of Delta State University, where she earned her LL.B with Second
Class Upper Division honours, she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2024 following her training at the
Nigerian Law School.
As a Junior Associate in the Litigation Department, Elo is actively involved in high-stakes commercial and civil litigation, appearing before various courts and tribunals across Nigeria. She plays a key role in case preparation, drafting of pleadings, legal research, and courtroom advocacy. Her ability to analyze legal issues with clarity and precision allows her to develop persuasive arguments and practical strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
Elo has demonstrated particular strength in managing procedural complexities, handling pre-trial matters, and contributing to the resolution of disputes involving contract breaches, debt recovery, employment issues, and regulatory infractions. She is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to securing favourable outcomes for clients.
Complementing her litigation practice, Elo brings previous experience in corporate and transactional law, having advised on company formation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This dual exposure gives her a well-rounded legal perspective that enhances her litigation strategy and client service delivery.
Currently pursuing certification with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Elo is deepening her expertise in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, and compliance further strengthening her value to both private clients and corporate entities.
